FORM SUBMISSION

This secure payment form is for ordering previous NAVLE score reports.
Please be aware that ICVA does not have individual score report PDFs for NAVLE candidates prior to the November-December 2014 testing period.

FEE SUBMISSION:

Score Report Order Fees must be paid by Visa or MasterCard and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PROCESSING:

Please allow two (2) business days for processing. Once ready, the duplicate Score Report will be emailed to the address you specified in the request.
