This secure payment form is used to order past NAVLE score report(s). Please note, ICVA does not have individual score report PDFs for NAVLE candidates prior to the November-December 2014 testing window.

If you are a former NAVLE candidate and need to have an official NAVLE score report sent to a licensing board, please complete a score transfer request through the AAVSB.

Visa or MasterCard are accepted for payment of required fees and there are no refunds.
