Assessment Development Committee Nominations are Open
The ICVA has sent out a call for nominations for one (1) open position on the Assessment Development Committee (ADC) with the term beginning in June 2025. Nominees should have knowledge and experience with swine in the context of private clinical practice and/or practice of veterinary medicine at accredited veterinary schools.
The ADC is responsible for the main content areas of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE®). The NAVLE is a requirement for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in all licensing jurisdictions in the US and Canada.
Duties include assisting ICVA in identifying NAVLE® item writers and participating in item and form review meetings. Terms for ADC members are three years, with the ability to serve up to three terms. The current opening area: Swine
Nominations must be received by April 4, 2025.
