This secure payment form is used to update or correct the following (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Email Address, or Phone Number) from the info you input into your NAVLE application.

Please use this form only AFTER you have applied to take the NAVLE, and AFTER you receive the email confirming your information.

Visa or MasterCard are accepted for payment of required fees and there are no refunds.

The name in your confirmation email needs to match the non-expired, government issued photo ID exactly that you plan to present at Prometric the day of your NAVLE.

This process is NOT for name changes after passing the NAVLE.
